Charming Life Designs takes pride in providing the best service possible to its customers. One way in which they are able to do this is by offering custom work. In some cases, a customer may merely request a different stone or color. In other cases, a customer may want a unique charm to represent their organization or cause. No matter how large or small the request, Charming Life Designs welcomes the opportunity to assist customers with their unique needs.

For example

	Holly from Canada saw a Charming Life necklace online. She loved the design but wanted to change a bead and convert the necklace from 14k GF to sterling silver. In addition, she wanted matching earrings. Very quickly, a new design photograph was sent to her electronically and she ordered six sets for her bridesmaids. No additional fee was incurred for these basic modifications.
	Brian from Wisconsin found Charming Life Designs on the web and wanted a special bracelet designed to support his fundraising efforts. His daughter, Hailey, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor called a Pediatric Low Grade Astrocytoma or “PLGA” (also referred to as “JPA” or Juvenile Pilocytic Astrocytoma). Charming Life Designs responded by designing a new bracelet to help raise funds for PLGA. Brian sells his bracelet on the Team Hailey website. (add link: www.teamhailey.org.) No additional design fees were charged.
	Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort at Snowbird, Utah sells Charming Life custom snowflake and crystal jewelry along with a custom made charm necklace. Orders are quarterly and sales are always brisk. Many of the products sold at Snowbird were made exclusively to suit their needs. Design fees for CAD and model were applied to custom charm (a one-time fee).
	CASA of St. Louis is an organization of highly trained volunteers appointed by the Family Court system to assist abused and neglected children in need of safe, permanent homes. Jessi called requesting a special “thank you” charm for their many volunteers. Again, Charming Life answered by creating a charm that is meaningful to the organization and its volunteers. Design fees for CAD and model were applied to custom charm (a one-time fee).

ORDER YOUR CUSTOM CHARM TODAY:
Charming Life Designs is eager to work with your organization to develop something meaningful to your mission. The professional staff will combine their expertise to help you develop a concept, work within your budget and deliver a product in a timely fashion. Cost is job dependent.

Due to the nature of custom design work, all sales are final and must be paid in full prior to shipment. A minimum order of 100 pieces is required on all custom charms. Reorder minimum: 100 pieces. No minimum orders are required on non-CAD designs. These products usually ship from our factory within 2 weeks.

SET UP FEE:
Set up fees start at $125/charm models. Set up fee includes artwork design, revision (2 revisions), and production of the charm model. The set up fee is nonrefundable, is based on the intricacy of the design and will be quoted in advance.

MANUFACTURING COST:
Cost per charm is calculated by gram weight and current spot silver prices. We have samples that can help you estimate your charm cost. Our current weight/gram is $1.75. Additional fees include a $30/mold fee, standard shipping, hand enameling ($.25/charm), and special package needs.

ORDERING:
1. Submit initial artwork/design.

2. Receive model quote from Charming Life Designs.

3. If acceptable, pay for design work (by credit card). This is a non-refundable charge.

4. CAD design work usually takes 1-2 weeks.

5. Once CAD work is complete, we will send the model for casting

6. An initial deposit for the total weight of the cast charms will need to be paid at this time. This charge will be approximately 75% of the total cost and will be based on an estimated gram weight per charm.

7. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks.

8. Once charms are ready to ship to you, we will contact to you to secure the final payment as well as shipping costs.

9. Charming Life Designs is able to add your charms to necklaces, bracelets, ear wires, zipper pulls and other style options. Please contact your Charming Life Designs Account Manager for specifics.
